As humans, we are more alike than we are different. Our outer appearance is what makes us unique, but on the inside and at our core we are essentially one in the same living and existing within the universe together. We are stronger united as a whole and are capable of so much greatness. However, there cannot be true peace and harmony within our species if there is an imbalance, division and inequality. Black lives must be viewed and treated equally and justly for a balance to exist. I’m optimistic that a brighter future lies ahead if we continue using our voices and our actions to establish true change and equality within our world.
